Official government fees are paid separately: State of Texas $300 (LLC); FMCSA $300 (MC); UCR and TxDMV by number of trucks; the 2290 tax is calculated from your truck's weight; we confirm the IRP plate fee before paying it. Truck insurance is not included.

3. Trucks

The VIN is on the title or the truck door. The weight is the maximum gross weight (truck + trailer + load), e.g. 80,000 lbs. The package includes IRP and 2290 for 1 truck; each extra truck is added to the total.

We ask for documents (license, truck title, insurance) and the SSN or ITIN for the EIN after payment, by phone or at the office, never through this form.
