Information we collect
Company and contact information (name, address, phone, email, USDOT/MC, EIN), information required for each filing (vehicles, drivers, mileage, owners), documents you upload (such as a copy of the owner's license), your signature, and basic technical data (IP address, browser). Public FMCSA data is loaded automatically from your USDOT number.
How we use it
- To prepare and submit your filings and contact you about them.
- To send reminders of upcoming deadlines (MCS-150, UCR, 2290 and others).
- To send our newsletter, only if you subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only with the agencies and providers needed to complete your filing (for example FMCSA, the IRS, TxDMV, the UCR Plan, our BOC-3 provider, our Form 2290 e-file provider) and with Stripe to process your payment. We do not sell your information.
Security
Sensitive data such as your EIN is stored encrypted. Documents are kept in a private folder accessible only to our staff. Card data is handled only by Stripe.
How long we keep it
We keep your records for as long as you are our client and as required by law, so we can help you with renewals. You can ask us to delete your information by contacting us.
