Our service fee

• Full refund of our service fee if you cancel before we submit your filing.
• No refund once the filing has been submitted, because the work is done and official and provider fees have been paid.

Official and provider fees

Government fees (FMCSA, UCR, TxDMV, State of Texas, IRS tax) and provider fees (BOC-3, Form 2290 e-file) are not refundable once paid to the agency or provider. Any refund of those fees depends on the agency's own rules.

Temporary permits

If the VIN cannot be processed online, your card authorization is canceled and you are not charged.

How to request a refund

Write to us with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original card within 5–10 business days.
