Trucks

Enter each truck with its weight so we can calculate the IRS tax. The VIN is on the title or the door. The weight is the maximum gross weight (truck + trailer + load), e.g. 80,000 lbs. If you've used the truck since July, leave July: the tax is for the full year.

Documents

Have ready: VIN and weight of each truck

PDF, photos, Word or Excel. Up to 10 files, 10 MB each. You can take a photo with your phone. If you don't have them now, we'll ask later.

What happens if it's not up to date?

  • IRS penalties if reported late.
  • You can't plate the new truck without Schedule 1.
