Our service fee

• Full refund of our service fee if you cancel before we submit your filing.
• No refund once the filing has been submitted, because the work is done and official and provider fees have been paid.

Official and provider fees

Government fees (FMCSA, UCR, TxDMV, State of Texas, IRS tax) and provider fees (BOC-3, Form 2290 e-file) are not refundable once paid to the agency or provider. Any refund of those fees depends on the agency's own rules.

Temporary permits

You're not charged when you send the request: we first check that the permit can be issued (VIN and insurance) and then email you the total and a payment link. If you already paid and the state can't issue the permit, we refund what you paid.

How to request a refund

Write to us with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original card within 5–10 business days.
