Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse registration

What is it?

FMCSA's Clearinghouse keeps the drug and alcohol test results of CDL drivers. Every company that employs CDL drivers must register as an employer, query each driver before hiring and once a year. If you're an owner-operator, you must also designate your testing consortium (C/TPA).

Who needs it?

New companies with CDL drivers
Owner-operators (driving their own truck)
Companies that never registered or don't run the annual query

How we do it

We create the owner's Login.gov account with you (if needed).
We register your company as an employer with your USDOT.
We designate your testing consortium (C/TPA).
We explain how to buy queries ($1.25 each from FMCSA) and run your drivers' queries.
You add us as an Assistant for the annual query: we don't need your password.
