If you're no longer operating, we close your whole company so you stop getting penalties, reports and bills: FMCSA, Texas Comptroller, TxDMV, Secretary of State and the IRS.

How we do it

We revoke your MC authority (form OCE-46, notarized) and deactivate your USDOT.
We file your pending Texas Comptroller reports and cancel your IFTA.
We cancel your IRP and your TxDMV number.
We get your tax clearance certificate and terminate your LLC with the state (Form 651).
We send the letter to the IRS to close your EIN.
We tell you when to cancel your insurance (only after FMCSA revokes the MC).

The price includes up to 3 pending reports. We review your account and, if there are more, we send you a charge of $35 per extra report before we start. Any penalties or taxes owed are paid separately. To terminate the LLC, the state requires all taxes to be current.
