What is it?

We file your mileage return for another state (New Mexico, Kentucky, New York, Connecticut or Oregon) for the period that's due. Each state has its own dates (it can be quarterly, monthly or yearly). If you didn't travel in that state during the period, it's still filed: as a zero return. The state's tax is paid separately.

Who needs it?

  • Companies that already have an account or permit in New Mexico, Kentucky, New York, Connecticut or Oregon
  • If you didn't travel in that state during the period: zero return

How we do it

  1. Choose the state and the period (for example, Q3 2026).
  2. Give us the miles by state and by truck for the period, or tell us it's a zero return.
  3. We review the calculation and tell you how much tax you owe the state.
  4. We file the return and send you the confirmation.

Which states?

For the return we need the miles by state and by truck for the period, and how many vehicles you had. Write them in the comments or attach your mileage log. For a zero return, no miles are needed.
Your price: $40 + each state's mileage tax
