Have ready: Your USDOT and the new details. If you have your USDOT PIN or your FMCSA account (Login.gov), have it handy.

What happens if it's not up to date?

  • FMCSA notices (audits, revocations, your PIN) go to the old address or email.
  • You could lose your MC without knowing.
