Permian Basin

DOT compliance in the Permian Basin

We work with truckers across the Permian Basin: Odessa, Midland, Big Spring, Monahans, Pecos, Andrews, Kermit, Seminole and the companies that cross into Hobbs, Carlsbad or Jal in New Mexico. We get and renew your federal, Texas and other states' permits.

What we're asked for most in Permian Basin

  • If you cross into New Mexico with a truck over 26,000 lbs, you need New Mexico's Weight Distance permit in addition to IRP and IFTA.
  • For loads inside Texas, the TxDMV number; to cross state lines, UCR every year.
  • Our free quiz tells you in 2 minutes which permits your company needs.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to go to Hobbs or Carlsbad?
Usually USDOT, UCR, IRP, IFTA and the New Mexico permit if the truck weighs over 26,000 lbs. If you only go once, a trip permit is sometimes better.
Are you the government?
No. We're a private service that prepares and files your paperwork. You can do it yourself on the official portals.
